Strategy and Performance (KPIs) Expert

Assystem is building a talent pipeline for an upcoming Framework Agreement in Saudi Arabia and is looking to connect with a qualified professional for the following position: Position: Strategy and Performance (KPIs) Expert Location: Saudi Arabia Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic performance management frameworks and KPI systems - Design balanced scorecards and performance dashboards aligned with organizational goals - Monitor and report on KPI performance and recommend corrective strategies - Support alignment of project and program objectives with national and Vision 2030 targets - Facilitate strategy workshops and performance review sessions with senior stakeholders Requirements: - Minimum 12+ years of relevant experience - Previous experience on government, PMO or urban development projects - Saudi Arabia or GCC project experience is highly desirable
