Contracts Manager - Mechanical

Indman is recruiting on behalf of Consolidated Contractors Company (CCC) for a newly awarded Mega Offshore Project in the UAE. Position: Contracts Manager - Mechanical Location: UAE - Offshore Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all contracts management activities for mechanical scopes on the mega offshore project Review, negotiate and administer mechanical contract terms, amendments, variations and change orders Manage claims, dispute resolution and commercial correspondence with the client and subcontractors Identify contractual risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect CCC's commercial interests Coordinate with legal, procurement and project management teams on all contractual and commercial matters Requirements: Extensive experience in Oil & Gas Construction projects ADCO Approval is preferred Immediate availability required
