Design Director

CUBE Consultants is seeking an experienced and visionary Design Director to lead and oversee all design operations across the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving design excellence, managing multidisciplinary teams, ensuring technical quality, and delivering innovative solutions that meet client expectations and business objectives. Key Responsibilities: • Lead all design disciplines including Architecture, Engineering Coordination, Interior Design, and Urban Planning. • Oversee design development from concept through technical delivery. • Ensure design quality, innovation, and compliance with company standards. • Manage client relationships, presentations, and design approvals. • Lead and mentor multidisciplinary design teams. • Coordinate with project management teams to ensure successful project delivery. • Report to executive management on design performance and strategic initiatives. Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture Engineering. • Master's Degree is preferred. • 15+ years of relevant professional experience. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent Arabic & English communication skills. • Strong understanding of design management, technical coordination, and project delivery. Preferred Background: • Experience in mixed-use, hospitality, residential, commercial, and urban planning projects. • GCC market experience is a strong advantage.
