Brand Manager

We're Hiring: Brand Manager | Food & Beverage Operations | Kuwait HM International Holding Co. is seeking an experienced and passionate Brand Manager to lead the operations and strategic growth of one of our premium F&B brands. This role is ideal for a driven professional with a strong background in multi-unit restaurant operations, brand expansion, financial management, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple outlets ✅ Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence ✅ Lead new outlet development and brand expansion initiatives ✅ Ensure compliance with brand standards, HACCP, and food safety regulations ✅ Mentor and develop Restaurant Managers and operational teams ✅ Monitor guest satisfaction and implement continuous improvements ✅ Manage budgets, P&L performance, and cost controls Requirements: ✔ Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or a related field ✔ Minimum 8 years of experience in F&B operations ✔ At least 3–4 years in a multi-unit management or Brand Manager role ✔ Strong expertise in P&L management, food cost control, and HACCP standards ✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
