Procurement Specialist – Healthcare & Medical Equipment

RPM is seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist – Healthcare & Medical Equipment to support our growing healthcare and emergency medical service operations. Key Responsibilities • Lead sourcing and procurement activities for medical equipment, healthcare products, and specialized requirements. • Identify, evaluate, and develop new suppliers, manufacturers, and strategic partnerships. • Research and introduce innovative healthcare technologies and solutions. • Collaborate with clinical, operations, and engineering teams to understand requirements and recommend suitable solutions. • Conduct technical and commercial evaluations, RFQs, negotiations, and supplier selection. • Manage contracts, warranty terms, service agreements, and supplier performance. • Ensure supplier compliance with quality standards, certifications, regulatory requirements, delivery commitments, and after-sales support. • Monitor healthcare market trends and drive cost optimization through strategic sourcing and value improvement initiatives.
