FM / Operations Engineer

Join our growing team as an FM / Operations Engineer and play a key role in supporting multi-disciplinary Facility Management (FM) operations. Key Responsibilities: - Support the Operations Manager in the day-to-day management of facility operations. - Coordinate with various Facility Management service lines and technical teams to ensure smooth operations. - Monitor operational performance and ensure compliance with established KPIs. - Support the implementation and alignment of asset management practices in accordance with SAMP and ISO 55000 standards. - Assist in optimizing operational workflows and improving service delivery across facilities. - Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or a related discipline). - 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Facility Management (FM) or Operations. - Solid knowledge of ISO 55000 standards and facility management operational processes. - Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
