WE ARE HIRING – TECHNICAL CIVIL & STRUCTURAL ENGINEER (Quantity calculation)MPA Company: China Railway 18th Bureau Group (CRCC 18) Location: Medina, Saudi Arabia Project: Superblock Five – High-Rise Towers & 5-Star Hospitality We are seeking an experienced Technical Civil & Structural Engineer to join our team for a prestigious high-rise and luxury hospitality development in Medina. Key Responsibilities - Prepare and manage Material Purchase Applications (MPA) for civil and structural materials. - Review project specifications, approved drawings and BOQs to identify material requirements. - Perform detailed quantity take-offs and material quantity calculations. - Prepare material requisitions and verify quantities before procurement. - Review technical specifications, material datasheets and compliance documents. - Coordinate with procurement teams, suppliers, consultants and site engineers for material approvals. - Prepare and follow up on material submittals and technical approval processes. - Ensure all proposed materials comply with project specifications, approved standards and quality requirements. - Handle material-related technical queries and resolve discrepancies between drawings, BOQs and site requirements. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. - Minimum 8–12 years of relevant experience in technical civil and structural engineering. - Strong experience in Material Purchase Applications (MPA), material submittals and technical specifications. - Excellent knowledge of quantity take-offs, BOQs and material calculations. - Good understanding of civil and structural construction materials, including concrete, reinforcement steel and structural steel. - High-rise tower and 5-star hotel project experience is highly preferred. - Strong technical coordination and documentation skills.
