Planning Manager - Mechanical

Indman is recruiting on behalf of Consolidated Contractors Company (CCC) for a newly awarded Mega Offshore Project in the UAE. Position: Planning Manager - Mechanical Location: UAE - Offshore Key Responsibilities: - Lead all planning and scheduling functions for mechanical scopes on the mega offshore project using Primavera P6 - Develop and maintain integrated mechanical schedules, resource histograms and progress measurement systems - Conduct critical path analysis, schedule risk assessments and earned value management at manager level - Prepare senior-level planning reports, schedule narratives and strategic look-ahead schedules for management and client review - Manage and mentor planning engineers and ensure consistent application of planning standards across mechanical workstreams Requirements: - Extensive experience in Oil & Gas Construction projects - ADCO Approval is preferred - Immediate availability required
