Contracts Manager - Roads & Infrastructure

A leading main contractor in Qatar is looking to hire two qualified professionals for the following position: Position: Contracts Manager - Roads & Infrastructure Location: Qatar Vacancies: 2 Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage all contractual activities across road and infrastructure projects from award through to close-out - Review, negotiate and administer contract terms, amendments, variations and change orders - Manage claims, dispute resolution and commercial correspondence with clients, consultants and subcontractors - Identify contractual risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect the company's commercial interests - Coordinate with legal, procurement and project management teams on all contractual and commercial matters Requirements: - Extensive experience in roads and infrastructure projects is mandatory - Middle Eastern experience is required - Previous experience delivering projects in Qatar is highly preferred
