Authority Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Dubai Municipality (DM), Civil Defence (DCD), DEWA, and free-zone authorities (Trakhees / DDA). Software Skills: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit (BIM), and Navisworks Manage.
