Senior Planning Engineer

NES Fircroft is recruiting on behalf of a client in Oman for the following position: Position: Senior Planning Engineer Location: Oman Key Responsibilities: - Develop, maintain and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 across real estate construction projects - Monitor project progress against baseline and identify schedule risks, delays and recovery opportunities - Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and earned value analyses for management and client reporting - Coordinate with engineering, procurement and construction teams on planning inputs and look-ahead schedules - Support delay analysis, time impact assessments and extension of time documentation as required Requirements: - Minimum 10 years of experience - Mandatory experience in the Real Estate sector - Strong knowledge of and experience working with international codes and standards
