Demand and Supply Planner

We are a leading beauty and luxury fragrance distributor operating across the UAE, KSA, Jordan, Lebanon, and Bahrain. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Demand and Supply Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the planning, forecasting, and supply chain operations, ensuring timely, efficient, and cost-effective ordering and supply processes. Job Summary: The Demand and Supply Planner will be responsible for developing demand forecasts, managing inventory levels, coordinating purchase planning, and ensuring timely product availability across all the doors for our Beauty products. This will include analyzing sales, marketing, and industry data to estimate product demand, creating forecast models, and aligning supply strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare monthly Demand & Supply planning - Prepare rolling forecasts for quarterly, and annual business planning - Analyze sales performance, forecast accuracy, and demand patterns to continuously improve planning quality - Monitor forecast bias and forecast accuracy and implement corrective actions - Maintain optimal inventory levels while ensuring high product availability - Monitor stock cover, safety stock, reorder points, and replenishment requirements - Recommend actions to improve inventory turnover - Prepare monthly planning reports, service levels & fill rates and other analysis report - Identify opportunities to improve forecasting methods and planning processes - Improve planning automation through advanced Excel and reporting tools - Maintain planning master data and ensure data accuracy Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering or a related field - Professional certifications are an advantage Experience: - 2 to 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning & Supply Planning - Experience in the Beauty, Cosmetics & Luxury Retail industry is preferred - Strong knowledge of inventory planning and replenishment methodologies - Excellent reporting and analytical skills - Experience in Advanced Excel
