Principal Resident Engineer

KN International is looking to hire a qualified professional for the following position: Position: Principal Resident Engineer Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Key Responsibilities: - Provide senior engineering leadership and oversight across construction supervision activities on behalf of the client - Review and approve contractor technical submittals, shop drawings, method statements and construction schedules - Monitor contractor performance and ensure all works are executed in compliance with contract documents, specifications and quality standards - Chair site progress meetings and coordinate with contractors, consultants and client representatives on technical and contractual matters - Prepare and present senior-level progress reports, technical assessments and construction performance updates for client review Requirements: - Solid UAE project experience is mandatory - Strong technical expertise in engineering and construction supervision - Commitment to delivering high-quality engineering and construction supervision services
