Commercial Contracts Supervisor

ADIF-KSA is seeking a qualified Commercial Contracts Supervisor to join its team in Jeddah and support the management of commercial contracts across its railway operations. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare, review, and manage commercial contracts. * Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with agreed terms and conditions. * Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and external stakeholders. * Support contract negotiations, renewals, and commercial discussions. * Identify contractual and commercial risks and recommend appropriate actions. * Maintain accurate contract records, tracking systems, and reports. * Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. * Provide regular updates and reports to management. Candidate Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field. * Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in commercial contracts or contract management. * Strong command of English. * Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
