Pre-Contract PM / Design Delivery PM

A leading company is looking to hire a qualified professional for the following position: Position: Pre-Contract PM / Design Delivery PM Location: Bahrain Experience: 12 to 18 years Key Responsibilities: - Lead pre-contract project management activities including feasibility studies, design briefs, consultant appointments and tender management - Manage the full design delivery process from concept through to construction documentation ensuring quality, programme and budget compliance - Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and manage design interfaces, change control and stakeholder approvals - Develop and maintain project programmes, design responsibility matrices and deliverable schedules for assigned projects - Support commercial teams on pre-contract cost planning, value engineering and procurement strategy development
