Purchasing Manager

Responsible for signing and centralized management of contracts related to utilities (water, electricity, gas, etc.) during the preparation phase of the overseas (Oman) factory. Lead negotiation, signing, and management of procurement contracts during the mid-stage production line construction of the overseas factory. Coordinate with the domestic procurement team and oversee the overall management of production materials for the overseas factory. Monitor procurement processes and handle exceptions. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above, with over 5 years of procurement experience in relevant industries. Experience in procurement management for overseas projects. Proficient in Chinese and English. Strong analytical and decision-making abilities, capable of independently handling complex overseas procurement issues. Willing to travel internationally.
