Contract Engineer

A company in UAE is looking to hire a qualified professional for the following position: Position: Contract Engineer Location: UAE Key Responsibilities: - Administer and manage project contracts from award through to close-out in line with contractual terms and company procedures - Review and process variation orders, change requests and contractual correspondence with clients and subcontractors - Prepare and submit claims, extension of time requests and supporting commercial documentation - Monitor contractor and subcontractor compliance with contractual obligations and highlight risks to the contracts manager - Maintain contract registers, correspondence logs and commercial documentation in line with project requirements
