Head of Contract

LA Recruitment is looking to hire a qualified professional for the following position: Head of Contract, Location: Qatar. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee all contractual activities across the project portfolio. Develop and implement contract management strategies and frameworks. Manage claims, variations, disputes and contract close-out processes. Ensure compliance with contract terms, company policies and applicable regulations. Mentor and manage the contracts team and provide guidance on complex contractual matters.
