Called SpaceMobile, this ultra-powerful network is being designed to provide connectivity at 4G/5G speeds everywhere on the planet—on land, at sea, and in flight.</p> <p>We are seeking an Automation Engineer to lead, build, and create an automation infrastructure for our software. In this role, you will work closely with the engineering team to maintain high-quality products throughout their lifecycle while gaining hands-on experience with cloud technologies and complex system testing. This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of our products.</p> <h3>Key Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li>Design, develop, and maintain automated tests for backend, UI, and API components to ensure comprehensive test coverage.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.</li> <li>Work closely with development team members to identify test scenarios, perform manual testing, and automate them effectively.</li> <li>Troubleshoot and debug automation code to ensure reliable test execution and accurate results.</li> <li>Continuously improve test coverage, execution efficiency, and reliability through optimization of automation frameworks and processes.</li> <li>Mentor team members on automation best practices and provide technical support as needed.</li> <li>Drive and support a zero-bug approach.</li> </ul> <h3>Qualifications</h3> <h4>Education</h4> <ul> <li>BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.</li> <li>Equivalent experience may be considered, including IDF courses or equivalent bootcamp programs.</li> </ul> <h4>Experience</h4> <ul> <li>A minimum of 7 years of automation testing experience.</li> <li>Proven experience in automating tests for backend, UI, and API layers using programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python, and frameworks such as Cucumber or other BDD frameworks.</li> <li>Experience collaborating with cross-
