Drilling Supervisor - Offshore

NES Fircroft is recruiting on behalf of an Oil & Gas client in Oman for the following position: Position: Drilling Supervisor - Offshore Location: Oman Key Responsibilities: Supervise all offshore drilling operations ensuring safe, efficient and compliant execution in line with the well program Manage drilling contractors, rig personnel and service company representatives during offshore drilling activities Monitor drilling parameters, mud properties and well control indicators and take corrective action as required Ensure all offshore drilling activities comply with well control procedures, HSE requirements and operating company standards Prepare daily drilling reports, morning reports and end of tour reports for management and client review Requirements: Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant experience Mandatory experience with an Oil & Gas Operating Company
