Contract Manager

Zahran FM is looking to hire a qualified professional for the following position: Position: Contract Manager Location: Saudi Arabia Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage FM contracts across soft services operations ensuring compliance with contractual terms and client requirements - Monitor contractor and service provider performance against KPIs and SLAs and implement corrective actions as required - Manage contract renewals, variations and commercial negotiations with clients and service providers - Coordinate with operations, finance and legal teams on all contractual and commercial matters - Prepare contract performance reports and present findings and recommendations to senior management Requirements: - Degree in Business, FM or relevant field - 15+ years in FM (Soft Services) with 10+ years in senior roles - Minimum 5 years GCC experience - Strong stakeholder management and live operations experience
