Project Director – Construction

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Project Director – Construction to lead and oversee large-scale residential and commercial real estate development projects in Dubai. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end construction project execution, from planning to final handover. Manage project budgets, timelines, quality standards, and overall delivery. - Oversee contractors, consultants, project managers, and construction teams. Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees, and relevant regulatory requirements. - Drive project performance, cost optimization, risk management, and stakeholder coordination. - Report directly to senior management on project progress and key milestones. Requirements: - Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. - 15+ years of construction experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. - Proven experience working with reputable real estate developers in Dubai/UAE. - Strong track record of delivering high-rise residential towers and large-scale developments. - Excellent leadership, commercial management, and decision-making skills. - In-depth knowledge of UAE construction regulations and project delivery standards.
