VP of Operations (Hospitality)

A Government or Semi-Government organization in Riyadh is looking to hire a qualified professional for the following position: Position: VP of Operations - Hospitality Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Key Responsibilities: - Lead and oversee all hospitality operations across the organization's portfolio of hotels, resorts or hospitality assets - Develop and implement operational strategies to drive revenue growth, service excellence and guest satisfaction - Monitor operational performance, financial results and KPIs across all hospitality assets and implement improvement initiatives - Build and develop senior hospitality operations teams and foster a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement - Engage with executive leadership, investors and key stakeholders on operational strategy and business performance
