Branch Manager

A growing restaurant group is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead a restaurant branch, drive sales and operational performance, and maintain high standards of service and team management. Key Requirements: * Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Branch Manager. * Experience in quick-service restaurants (QSR), particularly burger restaurants, is essential. * Experience with international brands such as Americana or McDonald's is preferred. * Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills. * Ability to manage restaurant operations, achieve sales targets, and improve branch performance. * Candidates must currently reside in Saudi Arabia. * Valid, transferable Iqama and immediate availability to join are required. * Candidates with café or casual dining experience will not be considered.
