Manager – Business Development

TRUS HOLDING is seeking an experienced Manager – Business Development to drive business growth and expand its Away From Home (AFH), HoReCa, Food Service, and Institutional business across Saudi Arabia. Key Requirements: * MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management. * 10–12 years of relevant experience in FMCG, Food Service, HoReCa, AFH, or Institutional Sales. * Strong knowledge of the Saudi market and an established industry network. * Proven B2B business development and key account management experience. * Experience managing HoReCa clients, hotels, restaurants, catering companies, and institutional buyers. * Strong commercial and P&L management skills. * Proven ability to lead sales teams and achieve business targets. * Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. * Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory. Nationality: Open to all nationalities, provided candidates have strong Arabic-speaking abilities and relevant Saudi market experience.
