Permit Coordinator

Draieh Contracting W.L.L. is looking to hire a qualified professional for the following position: Position: Permit Coordinator (1 vacancy) Project: Ras Laffan Project Location: Ras Laffan Industrial City, Qatar Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage all permit to work activities on the Ras Laffan project using the QatarEnergy PTW / eCPW system Ensure all work permits are correctly prepared, reviewed, approved and closed out in line with QatarEnergy PTW procedures Liaise with Operations, Construction and HSE departments on permit requirements, isolations and safe work arrangements Maintain accurate PTW records, logs and reporting in the eCPW system and prepare permit status reports for management review Train and guide site teams on eCPW system usage, permit requirements and compliance obligations Requirements: Minimum 4 to 7 years of permit coordination experience Strong knowledge of QatarEnergy PTW / eCPW System is mandatory Experience coordinating permits with Operations, Construction and HSE departments Previous Construction, Civil, Infrastructure, EPC or Oil & Gas experience is mandatory Ras Laffan / QatarEnergy project experience is a strong advantage Strong knowledge of PTW, JSA, TRA, LOTO, Confined Space Entry, Working at Height and Hot Work procedures
