Planning Engineer

TGCC Middle East is currently seeking a Planning Engineer to join our team. Requirements: - 3–5 years of experience in planning and project controls. - Strong proficiency in Primavera P6. - Ability to develop, update, and maintain project schedules. - Experience in Cost Loading and Resource Loading using Primavera P6. - Ability to prepare and update Recovery Plans and Revised Schedules/Baselines. - Experience in preparing and issuing Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports. - Proficiency in Power BI for developing dashboards, data visualization, and project performance reporting. - Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, update, and monitor project schedules. - Track project progress and analyze schedule variances. - Prepare recovery plans and revised schedules when required. - Generate project performance reports and Power BI dashboards. - Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate progress updates and reporting.
