China Railway 18th Bureau Group is looking to hire a qualified professional for the following position: Position: Technical Director Project: Superblock Five - East side of Masjid an-Nabawi Client: Rua Al-Madinah Holding Consultant: KEO International Consultants Location: Medina, Saudi Arabia Key Responsibilities: Provide overall technical leadership and direction across all disciplines including Architecture, Structure and MEP on the high-rise 5-star hospitality project Establish and maintain technical standards, design coordination frameworks and quality review processes throughout the project lifecycle Lead technical reviews, design workshops and coordination meetings with consultants, contractors and client stakeholders Manage multidisciplinary technical teams and drive resolution of complex technical issues across all project phases Report technical performance, risks and strategic issues to senior project leadership and the client Requirements: Proven experience in High-Rise Building Projects is mandatory Strong background in 5-Star Hotel developments is highly preferred Bachelor's degree in Engineering in a relevant discipline Strong expertise in design coordination, technical reviews and project execution Ability to manage Architecture, Structure, MEP and multidisciplinary teams Candidates available in KSA with immediate or short notice are strongly preferred
