Andela is building a modern Sales Engineering function that helps customers solve complex technology and organizational challenges across our three primary offerings:
Talent Solutions - specialized technical expertise that works as part of the customer’s team.
AI Solutions - managed delivery and repeatable solutions where Andela owns defined outcomes.
Learning & Assessment Solutions - assessing, training, and upskilling customer teams.
As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will serve as a technical partner to customers, Sales, and Delivery. You'll lead discovery, translate ambiguous business needs into technical and delivery requirements, shape solutions across Andela's portfolio, and help ensure that what we sell can be successfully delivered.
Sales Engineering also helps improve how Andela sells. The team is developing new approaches to technical qualification, AI-assisted assessment, solution design, demonstrations, and sales tooling. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to those systems and practices while working directly on some of Andela's most complex customer opportunities.
This reflects the department's broader mandate to support opportunities across Talent Solutions, AI Solutions, and Learning & Assessment Solutions rather than operating within a single offering.
Lead technical discovery and qualification with business and technical stakeholders to understand customer objectives, environments, constraints, capabilities, and desired outcomes.
