<p></p> <p><strong>Position Overview:&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented company secretary to joint our UK based team as a&nbsp;<strong>Senior&nbsp;Corporate Services Associate</strong>. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of international clients, leading on the delivery of high quality corporate secretarial and compliance services across multiple jurisdictions. As primary day-to-day contact for our clients, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance and building strong, trusted relationships that span the globe.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Serve as lead client contact for assigned clients and coordinate the delivery of company secretarial services in collaboration with in-country experts.&nbsp;</li> <li>Respond promptly and professionally to client queries and requests, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction.</li> <li>Proactively monitor deadlines and ensure ongoing compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.&nbsp;</li> <li>Prepare and file statutory documents including annual returns, confirmation statements, and regulatory filings with Companies House.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Draft and review board resolutions, minutes, and other corporate documentation.&nbsp;</li> <li>Maintain data and document storage within Diligent Entities software.&nbsp;</li> <li>Support junior members of the team in developing their knowledge and skills base.</li> <li>Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery</li> <li>Apply strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Required Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate secretarial or corporate services roles, ideally with international exposure</li> <li>Strong working knowledge of UK company law, corporate governance principles, and global compliance requirements</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Strong document drafting skills</li> <li>Good understanding of corporate structures and statutory obligations</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy</li> <li>Excellent organisational and time management skills</li> <li>Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>Ability to lead client engagements and work independently whilst managing multiple client priorities</li> <li>Profess
