Noor Al Sahara General Contracting LLC is looking to hire a qualified professional for the following position: Position: Quantity Surveyor (QS) Location: UAE Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review Bills of Quantities, cost estimates and interim payment applications for road construction works Measure and value completed works and verify subcontractor payment certificates Manage variation orders, claims and final account negotiations with clients and subcontractors Monitor project costs against budget and provide regular cost reports to management Coordinate with site, planning and project management teams on all commercial matters
