IT Executive

A company is looking to hire a qualified professional for the following position: Position: IT Executive Location: Oman Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for both software and hardware issues across the organization Install, configure and maintain end-user devices, peripherals, network equipment and standard software applications Manage IT systems, servers, network infrastructure and cybersecurity measures to ensure availability and security Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely manner and escalate complex problems to senior IT teams as required Maintain IT asset records, user account management and technical documentation in line with company IT procedures Requirements: Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in both software and hardware IT support
