MEP BIM Modeler (Elevators Projects)

Duncan & Ross is looking to hire a qualified professional for the following position: Position: MEP BIM Modeler - Elevators Projects Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Joining: Immediate Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain MEP BIM models with a focus on elevator and vertical transportation systems using Revit or equivalent BIM software - Coordinate MEP disciplines within the BIM environment and resolve clashes using Navisworks or similar coordination tools - Produce MEP drawings, schematics and coordination models in line with project BIM execution plan and LOD requirements - Collaborate with design engineers, architects and project teams on BIM model integration and design coordination - Ensure all BIM deliverables comply with project standards, client requirements and applicable BIM protocols Requirements: - Relevant qualification and experience in MEP BIM modeling - GCC/KSA project experience preferred - Candidates currently residing in KSA preferred - Immediate availability required
