Supply Chain Director – FMCG Food Industry

A leading FMCG Food Manufacturing company is seeking an accomplished Supply Chain Director to lead and optimize the entire supply chain operation. Key Requirements: 20+ years of progressive supply chain experience. Mandatory experience within the FMCG Food Manufacturing industry. Proven hands-on leadership across the full supply chain cycle, including: Supply Chain Strategy, Demand & Supply Planning, Procurement & Strategic Sourcing, Warehousing & Inventory Management, Logistics & Transportation, Fleet Management, Distribution & Customer Fulfillment, Production Planning, S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning), Continuous Improvement & Cost Optimization. Strong background in leading cross-functional teams and driving operational excellence. Experience with ERP systems and supply chain analytics. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is an advantage.
