Supervisor – Young Stock & Calving

Ektifa is seeking a dedicated Supervisor – Young Stock & Calving to oversee calf rearing, maternity operations, and young stock management. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Supervise calving and maternity operations ✅ Ensure proper newborn calf care and colostrum management ✅ Monitor calf health, growth, and welfare ✅ Manage feeding and housing programs for young stock ✅ Maintain accurate records and performance reports ✅ Lead and train staff on best calf-rearing practices Requirements: ✔️ Minimum 3–5 years of experience in calf rearing and calving management ✔️ Strong knowledge of animal health and welfare practices ✔️ Leadership and supervisory experience ✔️ Passion for livestock care and dairy farm operations
