Quantity Surveyor - Post Tender

A company is looking to hire a qualified professional for the following position: Position: Quantity Surveyor - Post Tender Location: Oman Key Responsibilities: Manage post-contract commercial activities including valuations, interim payment applications and final accounts Measure and value completed works and verify subcontractor payment certificates Prepare, negotiate and manage variation orders, claims and contractual correspondence Monitor project costs against budget and provide regular cost reports to management Coordinate with site, procurement and legal teams on all post-contract commercial matters Requirements: Minimum 5 to 6 years of experience in Oman Experience in the construction field is preferred
