Purchase Manager

Hiring: Purchase Manager for Muscat, Oman in the Hospitality/Hotels/Restaurants industry. Nationality: Filipino Preferred. Currently hiring an experienced Purchase Manager to join our team in Muscat. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in procurement and purchasing within the hospitality industry, with expertise in vendor management, supplier negotiations, inventory control, and cost optimisation. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end purchasing and procurement operations. Source and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best quality, pricing, and payment terms. Maintain vendor relationships and evaluate supplier performance. Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials. Monitor inventory levels and maintain minimum/maximum stock. Handle purchase orders, quotations, and documentation. Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Stores, and Kitchen teams. Ensure compliance with purchasing policies, quality standards, and hygiene regulations. Prepare procurement reports and support cost control initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. 5+ years of experience in purchasing/procurement, preferably in the hospitality, hotel, or restaurant industry. Valid Oman Driving Licence (mandatory). Currently available in Muscat. Age between 35–37 years. Strong negotiation, vendor management, inventory, and procurement skills. Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills.
