[ANZ] Senior Systems Enablement Manager

<h2><strong>Job Description</strong></h2> <p>As the <strong>Senior Systems Enablement Manager</strong>, you will own the end-to-end enablement strategy and delivery of complex, high-impact technology systems across our ANZ operational landscape. Operating with high autonomy, you will lead deep-dive gap analyses to tailor global system blueprints to local market needs, drive technical readiness workstreams, and shape the Launch Team’s playbooks and capabilities.</p> <p>This role is based in <strong>Sydney, Australia</strong> and reporting to the <strong>Launch Team Lead - ANZ</strong>.</p> <p><strong>You will…</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own the end-to-end strategy, scope, and delivery of complex, high-impact system launches across the ANZ region.</li> <li>Build and manage project plans, timelines, and RAID logs, proactively mitigating risks and managing cross-functional dependencies.</li> <li>Lead deep-dive gap analyses comparing global tech blueprints against local ANZ requirements, challenging proposals with data.</li> <li>Own technical readiness workstreams by partnering with local Operations, Global VSM teams, and Global Tech Squads.</li> <li>Design and execute rollout training strategies, tracking system adoption rates and minimizing manual workarounds.</li> <li>Lead hypercare periods for high-risk launches, coordinating rapid issue resolution and conducting post-launch reviews to drive continuous improvement.</li> <li>Act as a key interface representing ANZ market needs to Global Product &amp; Tech teams while managing local and global stakeholder relationships.</li> </ul> <p><strong>You have…</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong knowledge of project management theories, concepts, methodologies, and launch interdependencies.</li> <li>Proven experience independently managing projects in Supply Chain / Operational teams.</li> <li>Great organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects without compromising delivery timelines.</li> <li>Proven track record in adapting communication styles to manage multi level, cross-functional stakeholders.</li> <li>Strong attention to detail with demonstrated ability to analyse data for decision making.</li> </ul> <p><strong>You are…</strong></p> <ul> <li>Highly autonomous with strong decision-making skills and the confidence to hold approval authority on technical readiness.</li> <li>A collaborative problem-solver who excels at managing uncertainty and developing successful operational solutions.</li> <li>An exceptional communicator, capable of credibly representing market needs to global teams &amp; confident in leading meetings/training sessions
