Head of Quality (Assurance)

LA Recruitment is recruiting for the following contract position: Position: Head of Quality - Assurance Location: Qatar - Onshore Key Responsibilities: Lead and direct the Quality Assurance function across the onshore Oil & Gas project at head of department level Develop and implement QA frameworks, audit programs, quality management systems and improvement initiatives Lead internal and external quality audits and ensure corrective actions are tracked and closed out Coordinate with QC, engineering, construction and client teams on quality compliance and performance reporting Prepare QA performance reports and strategic recommendations for senior project leadership and client review
