Finance Manager

We're seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the finance function for our UAE entity and drive financial governance, statutory compliance, treasury management, revenue reconciliations, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and closing activities ✅ Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, IFRS, and statutory requirements ✅ Manage cash flow, treasury, and working capital ✅ Oversee revenue, bank, and settlement reconciliations ✅ Supervise Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and payroll accounting ✅ Coordinate external audits and strengthen internal financial controls ✅ Drive ERP optimization and continuous process improvements ✅ Partner with Operations, HR, Procurement, and Commercial teams to support business objectives Requirements: ✔ 8–12 years of progressive finance and accounting experience ✔ Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent ✔ Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and financial reporting ✔ Proven experience managing finance operations and regulatory compliance within the UAE ✔ Expertise in treasury management, budgeting, reconciliations, and internal controls ✔ Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel Preferred Industry Experience: Banking, Retail, BPO, Government Services, Hospitality, or other regulated high-volume transaction environments.
