LA Recruitment is recruiting for the following contract position: Position: Lessons Learned Lead Location: Qatar - QNT Tower Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of the project Lessons Learned framework and knowledge management system Facilitate lessons learned workshops, debrief sessions and knowledge capture activities across all project workstreams Compile, analyze and document lessons learned findings and ensure effective dissemination across the project and organization Coordinate with project management, engineering, construction and commissioning teams on lessons learned capture and implementation Prepare lessons learned reports, knowledge databases and improvement recommendations for senior management review
