Procurement Engineer - Civil

CEPCO is looking to hire a qualified professional for the following position: Position: Procurement Engineer - Civil Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Joining: Immediate Key Responsibilities: Manage procurement activities for civil construction materials including sourcing, tendering, bid evaluation and purchase order placement Coordinate with civil engineers and site teams to ensure timely procurement of materials aligned with the project schedule Manage subcontractor procurement activities including pre-qualification, tendering and contract administration for civil packages Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers and subcontractors and manage vendor relationships and performance Maintain procurement records, material approval trackers and supplier documentation in line with company procedures Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in civil procurement Strong knowledge of construction materials, suppliers and subcontractor management Immediate joining is required
