HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Syria. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree, HR Certificate is a plus) • 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role • Strong knowledge of Syrian labor law and HR best practices • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, and HR operations • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems • Fluent in Arabic and English If you're passionate about building high-performing teams and driving HR excellence, we'd love to hear from you.
