Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day administrative operations while working remotely across Canadian time zones. Key Responsibilities: Prepare correspondence, reports, and other business documentation; Maintain and monitor suspense files and administrative records; Handle photocopying, filing, and document management tasks; Provide backup telephone and administrative support; Process invoices and billing while maintaining accurate records; Update attendance records, library materials, and operational manuals; Record meeting minutes and coordinate travel arrangements. Ideal Candidate: Strong organizational and time management skills; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office applications; Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment; High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Work Schedule: Canada Time Zones (Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific).
