Regulatory Officer

The Regulatory Officer will support regulatory compliance activities related to medical devices, ensuring all products and processes comply with the requirements of the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) and applicable regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: - Manage SFDA registrations and regulatory submissions for medical devices - Maintain regulatory licenses, certifications, and technical documentation - Monitor renewal dates and ensure continuous regulatory compliance - Coordinate with regulatory authorities regarding submissions and approvals - Review distribution agreements to ensure regulatory compliance - Maintain accurate regulatory records and documentation - Support internal teams on regulatory requirements and compliance matters - Stay up to date with changes in SFDA regulations and relevant legislation Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Devices, Life Sciences, or related discipline) - 2–4 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, preferably within the medical devices industry - Good knowledge of SFDA regulations, registration procedures, and compliance requirements - Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills - Good command of Arabic and English (spoken and written) - High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple regulatory activities simultaneously What We Offer: - Opportunity to work in a growing healthcare and medical devices organization - Professional and collaborative work environment - Career development and continuous learning opportunities - Competitive salary and benefits package
