Building Supervisor - HVAC

NMDC Group is looking to hire a qualified professional for the following position: Position: Building Supervisor - HVAC Location: UAE Industry: EPC Oil & Gas - Onshore Projects Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate HVAC installation works within onshore Oil & Gas facility buildings including air handling units, ductwork, split units and control systems Direct HVAC building crews and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure safe and quality execution of HVAC installation works Monitor HVAC works progress, equipment delivery and workforce productivity and report to the building construction engineer Enforce HSE rules, permit to work requirements and safe work practices across all HVAC building work areas Coordinate with QC inspectors on HVAC inspection activities and support commissioning and TAB activities for HVAC systems Requirements: Proven experience in EPC Oil & Gas projects is mandatory Strong onshore project experience Previous ADNOC project experience is highly preferred
