Senior Project Manager / Resident Engineer – Healthcare

We're working with a leading international consultancy to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the construction delivery of major healthcare developments across the UAE. Requirements: - 15–20 years' experience in project management and construction delivery - Proven track record delivering hospitals, medical centres or other complex healthcare facilities in the region - Experience of working with leading PMCs or engineering consultancies within the UAE or wider GCC - Strong construction administration, contract administration and FIDIC experience throughout the construction phase - Excellent client-facing, stakeholder management and commercial acumen - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management (PMP preferred) This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected consultancy delivering some of the region's most significant healthcare projects.
