Talent Acquisition Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Executive with strong hands-on experience in IT recruitment to join our team in Qatar. Key Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. - 3–5 years of recruitment experience, with a strong focus on IT hiring. - Experience recruiting across multiple IT technologies, platforms, and functional areas. - Strong understanding of technical job descriptions, IT skill sets, and technology recruitment terminology. - Hands-on expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing techniques. - Excellent candidate screening, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills. - Ability to manage multiple vacancies, meet recruitment targets, and deliver within tight deadlines. - Knowledge of Qatar recruitment practices and employment requirements. - Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and recruitment reporting. Preference: Local candidates with a valid QID. Immediate joiners preferred.
