Operations Center Manager

A leading Sustainability & Emergency Management Company in Riyadh is looking to hire a qualified professional for the following position: Position: Operations Center Manager Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Experience: 5+ years Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all operations center activities including emergency monitoring, incident coordination and multi-agency communication Develop and implement operations center procedures, protocols and standard operating procedures for emergency response functions Oversee operations center teams and ensure 24/7 readiness, situational awareness and effective incident management capabilities Coordinate with government agencies, emergency responders and strategic partners on incident response and crisis management activities Prepare operations center performance reports, incident logs and continuous improvement recommendations for senior management review Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field Proven experience in Emergency & Crisis Management is mandatory Hands-on experience in Emergency Management Enhancement / Capability Development Projects Strong knowledge of emergency preparedness, disaster management, coordination, response planning and multi-agency operations Previous experience in government or strategic emergency management projects is a strong advantage
