Head of PMO

A leading company is looking to hire a qualified professional for the following position: Position: Head of PMO Location: Bahrain Experience: 15 to 20+ years Key Responsibilities: - Establish, lead and manage the Project Management Office across the company's portfolio of projects - Develop and implement PMO frameworks, governance structures, reporting systems and project delivery standards - Oversee portfolio performance including schedule, cost, quality, risk and stakeholder management across all active projects - Build and manage a high-performing PMO team and drive continuous improvement in project delivery capability - Report portfolio performance, strategic risks and key decisions to executive leadership and board stakeholders
